Target Practice

Terms

Terms of Service

Plain-language beta terms for educational use, AI limitations, subscriptions, student-data safeguards, and scholarship workflows.

Beta terms and attorney review

These terms are a beta placeholder and are not legal advice. Attorney review is recommended before public launch, school deployments, scholarship workflow commercialization, or live paid subscriptions.

13+ users only

Target Practice is intended for users age 13 or older unless a separate verifiable parental consent workflow is implemented. Do not provide a date of birth unless a future attorney-reviewed workflow requires it.

Educational support only

Target Practice provides diagnostic, practice, planning, progress, and scholarship workflow tools for students and families. It is not a substitute for official test materials, school guidance, financial aid advice, legal advice, tax advice, or professional tutoring advice.

No guaranteed score increase

Recommendations are designed to help students focus their study time, but score gains, admission outcomes, scholarship awards, application outcomes, and AP scores are not guaranteed.

AI accuracy disclaimer

AI explanations and support responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Students should verify important answers with trusted resources, teachers, tutors, or official practice materials.

Independent platform

Target Practice is an independent study and scholarship workflow tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by College Board, ACT, Inc., AP, scholarship providers, schools, or application portals. SAT, ACT, AP, and related program names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the exams students are preparing for. Target Practice does not provide official test scores, current real test questions, or guaranteed score increases.

Scholarship verification

Scholarship information, deadlines, eligibility rules, and application requirements must be verified on the official provider or application portal before a student submits anything. Target Practice helps organize and summarize work; it does not award scholarships or guarantee eligibility, submission, selection, or funding.

Original content and acceptable sources

Users should not upload, paste, or submit copied official test questions, paid prep-book content, copyrighted passages, private portal materials, or application content they do not have permission to use. Public links and short factual summaries are preferred where possible.

Beta availability

Features may change, break, or be removed during beta. Some payment, account, and support workflows are still being finalized.

Acceptable use and data limits

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access private systems or another user's data, submit harmful content, or enter sensitive payment or personal data into beta-only forms. During beta, do not enter payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, tax records, or other highly sensitive personal information into product forms or support messages.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Live billing is not enabled in this beta. Before paid launch, checkout must show pricing, renewal cadence, cancellation steps, refund basics, and support contact information before payment. Refund policy language should be attorney-reviewed.

Account deletion

Users may request deletion through support. Deletion may require removing or anonymizing profile data, progress, attempts, AI/support messages, analytics references, scholarship workflow data, and billing identifiers unless retention is legally required.

Support

Use the support page or email professorw@targetpracticelearning.com for product support, with founder@targetpracticelearning.com as the backup administrative contact for account, product, billing, or study guidance issues. Target Practice Learning is using email-first beta support while operating systems mature.
