Terms
Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for educational use, AI limitations, subscriptions, student-data safeguards, and scholarship workflows.
Current service
These terms explain the current Target Practice service for students and families.
13+ users only
Target Practice is intended for users age 13 or older. Do not provide a date of birth.
Educational support only
Target Practice provides diagnostic, practice, planning, progress, and scholarship workflow tools for students and families. It is not a substitute for official test materials, school guidance, financial aid advice, legal advice, tax advice, or professional tutoring advice.
No promised outcomes
Recommendations are designed to help students focus their study time, but score improvement, admission outcomes, scholarship awards, application outcomes, and AP scores are not promised.
AI accuracy disclaimer
AI explanations and support responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Students should verify important answers with trusted resources, teachers, tutors, or official practice materials.
Independent platform
Target Practice is not affiliated with official test owners, scholarship providers, schools, or application portals. Target Practice is an independent study and scholarship workflow tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by College Board, ACT, Inc., Khan Academy, Quizlet, scholarship providers, schools, or application portals. SAT, AP, Advanced Placement, AP Classroom, and related College Board names belong to College Board; ACT belongs to ACT, Inc.; Khan Academy and Quizlet belong to their respective owners. Names are used nominatively only to identify exams, benchmarks, and study resources students may already use. Target Practice does not provide official test scores, current real test questions, or guaranteed score increases.
Trademark and nominative use
Third-party names such as SAT, AP, Advanced Placement, AP Classroom, ACT, Khan Academy, Quizlet, Bluebook, and scholarship or school names are used only to identify exams, benchmarks, tools, or resources that students may already use. Target Practice does not claim ownership of those names and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification, approval, or partnership.
Scholarship verification
Scholarship information, deadlines, eligibility rules, and application requirements must be verified on the official provider or application portal before a student submits anything. Target Practice helps organize and summarize work; it does not award scholarships or guarantee eligibility, submission, selection, or funding.
Original content and acceptable sources
Target Practice uses third-party results as performance signals only. Do not copy official questions, passages, answer choices, explanations, scoring guidelines, paid prep-book content, private portal pages, or copied study-set content unless you have permission. Scores, unit names, skill labels, question numbers, timing notes, and your own short summaries are enough.
Third-party accounts and competitor materials
Target Practice does not log into AP Classroom, Quizlet, Khan Academy, Bluebook, ACT, school portals, scholarship portals, or other third-party accounts for users. Do not provide credentials, session tokens, API keys, or private links. Do not use the service to scrape, bulk export, bypass limits, or automate access to another service.
AP Classroom, Quizlet, and external study tools
Target Practice may let users record scores, unit names, skill labels, question numbers, timing notes, screenshot summaries, teacher rubric rows, or links to outside study resources. Those workflows are not direct integrations, syncs, logins, imports, exports, or data feeds from AP Classroom, Quizlet, or any other third-party service. Users are responsible for following the terms of any outside service they use.
Copyright and removal requests
If you believe content in Target Practice infringes your rights or includes protected third-party material that should not be present, contact founder@targetpracticelearning.com with the page URL, a description of the material, your contact information, and enough ownership or authorization detail for us to review and remove or restrict the material where appropriate.
Feature availability
Features may change as the product improves. We may add, remove, or revise practice modules, scholarship workflows, AP courses, account tools, support flows, and analytics features over time.
Acceptable use and data limits
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access private systems or another user's data, submit harmful content, or enter sensitive payment or personal data into product forms. Do not enter payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, tax records, passwords, private portal credentials, third-party account logins, API keys, or other highly sensitive personal information into product forms or support messages.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans use Stripe-hosted checkout and billing surfaces. Checkout should show pricing and renewal cadence before payment. You can cancel subscription plans from account billing or through support, and refund requests are handled under the posted refund policy.
Account deletion
Users may request deletion through support. Deletion may require removing or anonymizing profile data, progress, attempts, AI/support messages, analytics references, scholarship workflow data, and billing identifiers unless retention is legally required.
Support
Use the support page or email founder@targetpracticelearning.com for product support, with founder@targetpracticelearning.com as the backup administrative contact for account, product, billing, or study guidance issues. Target Practice Learning uses email-first support for issues that need a person.
