Refund Policy
Target Practice uses Stripe-hosted checkout for paid plans. This policy keeps refunds straightforward while avoiding score, AP, scholarship, admission, or financial-aid guarantees.
Subscriptions
You can cancel subscription plans from account billing or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally remains active through the paid period unless a refund is issued.
Refund window
For accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or early dissatisfaction on monthly subscriptions or AP season passes, contact support within 3 days of the charge. The weekly SAT/ACT Sprint plan is excluded from this fit-check window because it is already priced for short use. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, and bank/card timing may vary.
Season passes
Single AP course passes are season access purchases. If the wrong AP course or duplicate access was purchased, contact support within 3 days so we can correct the access or review a refund.
No score guarantees
Refund eligibility should not depend on a promised score increase, scholarship award, application outcome, admission result, or AP score, because Target Practice does not guarantee those outcomes.
